Explore Culinary Arts is currently located in the heart of Redwood City, CA. We are a popular destination for culinary experiences including corporate team building cooking classes, cooking classes for small groups (min. 8 students), special events, pop-up dinners, catering (drop off e.g. corporate lunches and/or full service e.g. weddings), kid’s culinary camp, and private chef services. Like many other community small businesses affected by Covid-19, Chef Teena pivoted her company to provide online (zoom) cooking classes (effective of July 1, 2020) as well as offering baked goods and DIY sugar cookie decorating kits. We are pleased to announce, “S4M” a brand of 4 product lines. See brief descriptions below.

Sweet Moments
Summer 2020: The pivot began with a product line consisting of French Flair classics that included pâtisserie, boulangerie and viennoiserie aka croissants, baguettes, Madeleines, macarons, petit fours, and quiche. Thank you for the love (see testimonials below)!
Then, gradually we expanded into other delicacy offerings like specialty + custom cakes, fruit pies, brownies, cakes, cinnamon rolls, cheesecakes, baklava, pies, cookies, cupcakes, and Indian (desi) sweets and MUCH MUCH MORE!

January 2022 update: Dessert offerings are by request only and with minimum purchase orders. Items predominately include macarons, cookie dough, quiche, cheesecake, pie, and cookies. Select Indian desserts will also be available. Special requests are welcome.
2023: We have shifted our focus on offering DIY sugar cookie kits themed for any and all occasions, cake pops, custom cookies, and hot cocoa bombs. Available for corporate clients too! They make for fun and creative team building activities and cherished family memories!
DECORATED Cookies
A classic sugar cookie recipe with a fondant or royal icing. They come in various designs and color schemes.
Note: Diwali, Halloween, Harvest/Thanksgiving, Hanukkah, Christmas and New Year’s themed cookies available. You can also customize an order for a special occasion, e.g. birthday’s, anniversaries, graduations, play dates, school pods, retirement, sweet 16, baby showers, weddings, and much more.

Savory Moments
This product line includes quiches, bagels, crostini, spanakopita puffs, antipasto skewers, and Indian street foods like samosas, alloo tikki, bhel, papril chaat, paranthas and pakoras. We also offer vibrant and stunning arrays of finger food that are perfect for almost any occasion imaginable including birthdays, anniversaries, a happy hour 5 PM wine & cheese via Zoom with friends, a baby shower, date night for two, weekend getaways, the celebration of life, Zoom weddings, for the end of year holidays or simply for grazing while working at the computer at your home office!
Samosa
A samosa is a fried or baked pastry (snack) with a savoury filling, such as spiced potatoes, onions, peas, cheese, beef and other meats, or lentils. It may take different forms, including triangular, cone, or half-moon shapes, depending on the region.
Pakora - deep fried vegetable fritter (also called pikora, pakoda, pakodi, fakkura, bhajiya, bhajji, bhaji or ponako, is a fried snack, originating from the Indian subcontinent. It is a popular snack across the Indian subcontinent, where it is served in restaurants and sold by street vendors). Note: These are gluten free.

Alloo Tikki (potato cutlet/patty) is made out of boiled potatoes, peas, and various curry spices. "Aloo" means potato, and the word "tikki" means a small cutlet or croquette in Hindi and Marathi.

Showcasing high quality meats (vegetarian, vegan, and gluten-free options are available, upon request), artisan cheeses, nuts, jams, vegetables, fruits, honey, breads, crackers, and a stunning array of other accompaniments. Themed options are also available including, Mediterranean, Italian, Asian (e.g. make your own Vietnamese Spring / Cold Roll platter), and Indian. Each one is composed lovingly and fresh, eye-candy, savory + sweet, and gourmet! They are made for sharing and perfect for any special occasion, including just for a fun lunch or dinner party platter with family. As we navigate through Covid19, these are especially perfect for families and the cook (chef) in the home as they will take some pressure off of cooking.
