Students will learn the following 4 recipes:

- hummus (a Levantine and Egyptian food dip or spread made from cooked, mashed chickpeas or other beans, blended with tahini, olive oil, lemon juice, salt and garlic)
lavash chips (a healthy crisp chip made of whole wheat or regular lavash bread baked and seasoned with herbs de provence
- ratatouille Nicoise (a French Provençal stewed vegetable dish, originating in Nice)
- spanakopita (spinach pie, a Greek savory pastry)

Duration: 2 hours
