This root vegetable is so versatile! And, not only are sweet potatoes readily available, inexpensive, and delicious, they have many other benefits for your health. 

Students will learn 3 ways to make these sweet potatoes that will enrich your diet. Recipes include:

  • Roasted sweet potatoes with organic carrots, red onions, fresh rosemary and honey
  • Sweet potato fries 
  • Curried sweet potatoes and long green beans

We'll also make a Tzatziki condiment to compliment these recipes.
