Why workout for an hour when you can sweat it out in this spicy cooking class. We are heating it up with a Vindaloo POTATO curry and a Smokey hot EGGPLANT curry.
Pair this with some Naan bread, which is heavenly with a steady heart rate! And, then we'll cool down with a MANGO sundae; no yoga asanas involved! Maybe, just the breathing:-)
Alloo Vindaloo - delicious curry in which potatoes are cooked in distinct gravy prepared using various spices and strong flavors, & tomatoes.
Smoky Curried Eggplant - aka Baigan Bharhta, a North Indian speciality of roasted brinjals, skinned and made into a simple but exotic preparation. The word 'Bhartha' (pronounced BHURR-taah) is eggplant puree with spices, tomato, garlic, and green peas.
Naan Bread - If there's anything that will make you fall in love with Indian food, it's Naan, a traditional leavened oven-baked flatbread.
Cool down with a Mango Sundae!
