Healthy, fun and easy to prepare! This class offers a fun-filled hands-on experience in making Indian wraps which include the following:
- PANEER JALFREZI (Indian farmers cheese with bell peppers, onions, garlic and spices)
- CHANNA MASALA (Garbanzo bean curry with tomatoes and onions)
- SAMOSA (Spiced potato and green peas with cumin)
We will assemble the wraps in ready-made rotis, traditional Indian flatbread aka chapati and/or Gujarati methi theplas (fenugreek flavored flatbread).
Students will also learn to make a fresh herb relish; Mint Cilantro CHUTNEY and a yogurt condiment made with cucumber, red onion, and fresh mint; RAITA.
