A summery, healthy feast with Chef Teena!

In this class, students will learn to make a SPICE RUB for our grilled VEGGIE KEBABS. Next up, an Israeli COUSCOUS with nuts & dried berries, followed by TZATZIKI (cucumber, yogurt, dill dip), and finished with BASBOUSA aka Harissa (a semolina & yogurt based sweet cake)!

Mediterranean cuisine lends itself well to a foundation of vegetarian ingredients, and Chef Teena is an expert in bringing them to their full potential. With years of experience cooking and teaching as well as a mastery of exotic spices, Chef Teena will show you how to maximize the natural goodness of humble & fresh ingredients.
