How to prep & cook Okra: 3 different ways!

"Okra or okro, known in many English-speaking countries as ladies' fingers, ochro or gumbo, is a flowering plant in the mallow family. It is valued for its edible green seed pods."

They are rich sources of dietary fiber, minerals, and vitamins; often recommended by nutritionists in cholesterol controlling and weight reduction.

This class is all about OKRA. Students will learn to prepare three different OKRA recipes: sliced, stuffed, and fried.

You will also learn the tricks for non-slimy ladyfingers:-)

Note: Recipes will be sampled with ready-made Naan bread.
