Meatless Monday: Semi-homemade South Indian cuisine

South Indian cuisine at it's finest, and in no time! These recipes consist of using semi-homemade ingredients to create a savory South Indian spread that is light but yet comforting.

Students will learn to make five recipes that include:

Dosa's (savory crepes) and curried potato filling

Idli (rice steamed cake)

Dhokla (garbanzo bean steamed cake)

Sambar (lentil and vegetable soup)

Coconut Chutney (relish)

Duration: 2-2.5 hours
