Tofu, made from soybean curds, is naturally gluten-free and low calorie, contains no cholesterol and is an excellent source of protein (especially for vegetarians and vegans), iron, and calcium. 

This class features widely popular tofu dishes that include:

  • Tofu lettuce wraps

  • Tofu & vegetable fried rice (students will learn to make jasmine rice in the process) 

  • Sweet and sour tofu

  • Yaki Soba noodles with tofu & vegetables

  • Pan-fried Tofu with Trader Joes Sriacha & BBQ Sauce
