Pressure Cooking without the Pressure: Lentil & Bean SOUPS

In this class, you’ll learn the secrets to safe, easy and delicious pressure cooking.  The Pressure Cooker is a kitchen essential that confounds and even frightens many, but the benefits are clear – it saves LOTS of time in the kitchen so more time can be spent around the table.

Students will also learn how to make to make SOUPS with lentils & beans, using a pressure cooker in no time! Also, on the menu are Papads aka Papadams; crisp lentil wafers.
