Mediterranean cuisine lends itself well to a foundation of vegetarian ingredients, and Chef Teena is an expert in bringing them to their full potential. With years of experience cooking and teaching as well as a mastery of exotic spices, Chef Teena will show you how to maximize the natural goodness of humble ingredients.
In this class, you’ll create a variety of classic mediterranean snacks like HUMMUS and TZATZIKI. As you nosh, you’ll learn to cook a snappy and bright TABOULI, a comforting LENTIL SOUP (prepared in a pressure cooker), and LAVASH CHIPS. Lastly, you’ll finish with learning to make a sweet and heavenly, BASBOUSA (a semolina & yogurt based dessert).
